The conference fee includes:
- Attendance to all sessions (included PROTEAM session)
- Coffee breaks, lunches
- Congress kit, Book of abstracts, Certificate of attendance
Conference dinner on March 3, 2011 80€ (not included).
Registration procedure:
- Registration should be made on-line
- Registration will be valid only when we have received your full payment
- Payment for on line registration has to be made by bank transfer (max within 7 days from on-line registration)
- Default currency for all payments should be in Euros.
- On-line registration will close on February 11, 2011
- Payment for on site registration will be possible only by cash (currency for payments should be in Euros. Credit card or cheques will NOT be accepted).
Refund and cancellation policy:
- Any cancellation prior to January 31, 2011: 70% of the payment refunded
- In case of cancellation after January 31, 2011: no refund allowed
- All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to the conference secretariat at info@iptb2011.org
- Refunds will be handed after the Conference
- Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. For refunds please state your full bank account
